How to organise your trim sample feedback
Keep the reference and the requested changes clear, from the first sample review to the details agreed for an order.
A sample gives both teams something concrete to discuss. JASS works from customer references, develops samples and makes changes following feedback. A short, organised review can make the next discussion more precise.
Identify the version you are reviewing
Keep the sample, drawing and your notes together. If you are comparing more than one version, name each one clearly in your message. This is a suggested working method, so you and the team can distinguish a new request from an earlier decision.
Separate approved details from changes
Review the details that apply to your item: material, size, weight, colour and finishing. State which are acceptable and which need another discussion. Avoid a single overall comment when only one feature needs changing.
Make each requested change visible
- Identify the feature or location.
- Explain the change you want.
- Attach the relevant photograph, drawing or reference.
- Keep any unresolved point marked as open.

Confirm the order separately
The reviewed sample is a reference for the order. JASS discusses price, quantity, delivery timing and transaction terms before the customer places the order. Sample approval alone does not establish every commercial detail.
The production factory checks goods before shipment. The Vietnam company checks quantity and quality again before delivery to the customer when goods pass through the company. The delivery arrangement is discussed for the order.
Keep a shared reference after approval
Retain the approved sample and the agreed requirements so your receiving team knows what to compare. If a question arises about specifications, quantity, quality or timing, contact the Vietnam team with the item and the details of the issue.
Read the development process, or use the contact page to discuss a sample.
